Frequently asked questions

In this section we want to give you a quick answer to the most frequently asked questions.

I'm interested in an article on this website but it's out of stock. Is it possible to get it?

Sometimes yes, sometimes not. :-)
In our webstore there are several articles with no stock. Some of them are unlisted or discontinued but other ones can be ordered. The best is that you get in touch with us asking for the product you’re interested in, sending an email to You can also clickin the “Email me when available” button you will find on each product page, and we'll send you an email if that product is in stock again.

I'm looking for a record that I don't find on your store. Can you order it for me?

We work with different european distributors that have a large catalog of records. Not all this records are in our website. But if you’re looking for something that this distributors have, we can order it for you, no problem at all.
Send us an email to with the details of the record or records you would like to get and we will answer as soon as possible telling you if it’s possible to get that record or not.

How do I know the condition of the second hand records listed on the website?

In the description of the record you will find the valuation we make of the media and sleeve condition. We use a numerical value from 1 to 10, being 10 an excellent condition, that you would say it is new, and 1 is quite the opposite. We think it is a method pretty easy and fast to understand. Anyway find below an equivalence table to one of the most used valuation terminology.

Mint (M) 10
Near Mint (NM / M-) 9
Very Good Plus (VG+) 8
Very Good (VG) 7
Good Plus (G+) 6
Good (G) 5
Fair (F) 4
Poor (P) 1 - 3

10: Absolutely perfect in every way. Certainly never been played.
9: A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear.
8: Will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it.
7: Surface noise will be evident upon playing but will not overpower the music. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches.
6-5: Can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. Significant surface noise, scratches and visible groove wear.
4-1: Record is cracked, badly warped, or won't play through without skipping or repeating.

Do you buy used records?

Yes. If you want to sell some of the records you have, get in touch with us sending an email to and we'll see if we can be interested on those records.

How can I join orders?

Chosing the “No shipping” option you can join orders to send them all together later on a single shipment. You should choose that option (that adds no shipping costs to the order) in all the orders you do. Just tell us when you want us to ship all your reserved orders and which shipping method you choose. We will inform you about how much the shipping costs are and once the payment is made we will ship it all together.
We can keep your records for a maximum time of 60 days, provided they are paid.

How do pre-orders work?

On the News section you will find records that are not out yet, but if you want, you can reserve them. Nowadays being the vinyl editions quite limited and going out of stock so fast, pre-orders are a good way to try to assure your copy. To make a pre-order can’t assure you 100% that we can deliver that record to you, considering that in particular cases, the records go out of stock even before go on sale, but the usual thing will be that if you do a pre-order you will have your copy. Please take into account also that the release date is delayed sometimes. So the best is to take that date we announce on each record as an aproximated date. Send an email to telling us which record you want us to save for you when arrrives.
If you just want to know when a record arrives but not sure if you want to buy it, just click the button "Email me when available".
